Pre-order system

Each piece is made to order by hand in very limited quantities. Production time is estimated at 4 weeks after your order, depending on the number of orders. After this time, your order will be shipped.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification that your package has been sent, along with the tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at : contact@ellek-studio.com

We ship worldwide. Our orders are shipped by Colissimo with signed receipt.

Delivery times and prices after 4 weeks of production from Paris :

France ( national ) : 2 to 3 working days / 5€.

Europe: 3 to 7 working days / €15

International : 3 to 10 working days / 30€.

Delivery times are given as an indication.

Please note that if you order outside of the EU, there can be variable fees such as customs duties or taxes that you need to pay. We do not take any responsibility for any duties or taxes applied to your package. 

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment of your package. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Returns

As all our pieces are made to order for you by our small team, we take great care and attention to detail during the manufacturing process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, all sales are final. 

We will refund or exchange products only if they are defective or damaged. In the event of a defective item, the customer may return the product back for repair, exchange or refund.

In this case, all requests must be reported by the customer to this address : contact@ellek-studio.com maximum 48 hours after receipt of the products. Returned items must be in their original condition. Returns are the responsibility of the customer. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
